Welcome to VYRANTHOLIV's Refund Terms. Please read this document carefully to understand the conditions under which a refund might be issued. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please take the following steps:

• Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to the address we will provide.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
